Nice welcome, rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Even though it was basic breakfast, the fact that there was nowhere to sit and eat it was not good. I took my coffee and cookie to my cold car to eat. Also but stop was directly outside my door. So constant smell of people smoking.

I really like this hotel. It has a lot to do with the fact that it is new and well built. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And even as it is a Grab & Go breakfast it has a nice variety. One thing I especially appreciated was that the AC system have a dry function. Most of these AC systems pump far too much humidity into the room.

Air conditioner worked excellently, in a very clean non-smoking room, with a very comfortable clean bed. Only real negative was that the sink faucet in the bathroom needed attention as it had a slight leak when water was turned on. Very courteous cleaning staff and concierge.

In general, it was a decent experience given the price. The place was neat and compact. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room lacked a clock, and there were some issues with noise. The rooms aren't soundproof, which made it challenging to sleep, especially when neighbors were playing loud music late at night. Additionally, the top floor had noisy kids running and jumping during late hours. I contacted the front desk, but the situation didn't improve much, and I was too exhausted to request a room change. If you have children, it might be better to stay on the first floor. Breakfast options were limited and served in the room. On a positive note, the front desk staff was always courteous and friendly.

Regardless of weather you do not smoke, the rooms smell horrible. Deposits will not be refunded. Do not go to this place. Sheets are old, not cleaned properly, lights don't work and their cleaning products are used to masked the poor cleaning practices of this place.
